Pharos Parcel is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We collect information about you to process your order and to allow you to login to your customer account so you can see your historical orders and track parcel information.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We may contact you in the rare event that a problem arises with your shipment.
We use a third party credit card processor and all transaction details are destroyed after completion, with receipts and records available to yourself. Any payment information stored is done so at the highest level security, complying with the guidelines imposed by the payment industry, known as PCI Level 1.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by checking your customer profile.
We may use online tools to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a cookie which would be stored in your browser's file directory. The information stored in the cookie cannot identify you to other sites and contains no personal information.
